Connect Vultr

You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

Paste the API key
  1. In the Vultr customer portal, open Account, then API under Other.
  2. Under Personal Access Token, click Enable API if it is off, then copy the key.
  3. Under Access Control, add the IP address or range you will call the API from.

Your IP may need allowlisting in Vultr's API settings.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick Vultr.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to Vultr. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
