Connect Paddle
You need API key. About two minutes.
1Get your API key
API key
pdl_live_…- In Paddle, open Developer Tools, Authentication, then the API keys tab.
- Click New API key and enter a name.
- Under permissions, grant only transactions read access (transactions.list and transactions.read).
- Set an expiry, click Save and copy the pdl_live_… key.
Paddle, Developer tools, Authentication. A read key is enough. Set mode to sandbox in Advanced to read the sandbox account.

2Add it to CreditBar
- Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
- Click Add account and pick Paddle.
- Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
- Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.
Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to Paddle. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.

Earnings, so after Paddle's fee and the tax it remits as merchant of record. Reported in each transaction's own currency.
