Connect OpenAI
You need Admin API key. About two minutes.
1Get your Admin API key

sk-admin-…- Sign in as an organization Owner: only Owners can create Admin keys.
- Open Settings, Organization, Admin keys.
- Click Create new admin key and give it a name.
- Copy the sk-admin-… value now: it is never shown again.

2Add it to CreditBar
- Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
- Click Add account and pick OpenAI.
- Paste the Admin API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
- Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.
Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to OpenAI. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.

Reports spend, not a balance, and needs an Admin key. Buckets settle with a delay.
