Connect DeepL
You need API key. About two minutes.
1Get your API key

Ends in :fx on the free plan- Sign in to your DeepL API account.
- Open the API Keys & Limits tab.
- Click the Copy icon next to a key, or create a new key.
Free and Pro keys use different hosts. CreditBar picks the right one from the key.

2Add it to CreditBar
- Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
- Click Add account and pick DeepL.
- Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
- Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.
Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to DeepL. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
