Connect Deepgram

You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

Paste the API key
  1. In the Deepgram Console, pick the project from the Projects dropdown.
  2. Open Settings, API Keys, and click Create a New API Key.
  3. Choose the Admin or Owner role: Member cannot read billing.
  4. Click Create Key and copy the secret: it is shown only once.

Needs project read access. Reading the balance costs nothing.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick Deepgram.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to Deepgram. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
