Connect CloudConvert

You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

Paste the CloudConvert API key
  1. Open Dashboard, Authorization, API Keys.
  2. Create a new API key.
  3. Select the user.read scope when choosing scopes.
  4. Copy the key.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick CloudConvert.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to CloudConvert. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.

Prepaid credits. A sandbox key reports the same account but sandbox jobs do not spend them, so the figure will not move while testing.
