Connect Venice

You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

Paste the API key
  1. In Venice, open Settings, then API.
  2. Click Generate New API Key, add a description and choose the key type.
  3. Copy the key now: Venice shows it only once.

Reads the billing balance. Free to call.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick Venice.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to Venice. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
