You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

<key-id>:<key-secret>
  1. Open the Keys page in the fal dashboard.
  2. Generate a new key and choose the Admin scope.
  3. Copy the full key, in the form key-id:key-secret.

An admin key. Scoped keys cannot read billing.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick fal.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to fal. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
