Connect Baseten

You need API key. About two minutes.

1Get your API key

Paste the Baseten key
  1. Open Organization settings, API keys.
  2. Create a personal or team API key with access to billing.
  3. Copy the key.

Reads workspace billing. A key without billing scope is refused.

2Add it to CreditBar

  1. Open CreditBar from the menu bar and choose Settings, then Accounts.
  2. Click Add account and pick Baseten.
  3. Paste the API key into the matching field, and give the account a label you will recognise.
  4. Click Test connection, then Add. Numbers appear in the menu bar within a minute.

Keys are stored in your Mac's Keychain and only ever sent to Baseten. Nothing passes through a CreditBar server.
